Credit Scoring and Credit Control XII conference August 24-26 2011
This is Europe’s premier conference for credit scoring and related topics. It bridges the academic-practitioner divide. You will hear talks ranging from current industry issues (like Basel II) to the latest statistical research findings. It provides an ongoing forum to debate theory versus practice as well as for meeting up with old – and new – colleagues.
The Credit Scoring Conference organised by the Credit Research Centre is Europe's premier conference for credit scoring and related topics. Held in the city of Edinburgh every two years, the most recent conference was held in August 2009. It bridges the academic-practitioner divide with talks ranging from current industry issues to the latest statistical research findings.
The Credit Scoring Conferences are held every two years. In 2009, 300 delegates attended, originating from 32 different countries ranging from Australia (in the south) to Norway (in the north), and from the US to Korea. Other countries included Croatia, Russia, Turkey, Switzerland, Singapore and Brazil. Around 80 papers were presented by authors from a large number of organisations including the FSA, Experian, Strategic Analytics, and the Universities of Edinburgh, Southampton, Imperial College, Virginia, Tsing Hua University, and North-West University.

Dynamic Consumer Risk Conference
In April 2008 the Credit Research Centre hosted the Dynamic Consumer Risk conference, which was led by Jonathan Crook and Tony Bellotti. There were six presentations during the conference and these can be found in the conference archive section. |
